How often should I have my trash cans cleaned?
I recommend that large street side cans are cleaned at least four times per year. However, the frequency is up to you and should be based on how dirty your cans get, the size of your family and the amount of trash you generate, and where your trash cans are stored.
Smaller in home trash cans should be cleaned when they emit odors and have stains from food waste.
What trash cans does Custom Can Cleaning clean?
I will clean any trash can that I can fit in my homemade trash can cleaner. Any type of can or style that is smaller or equivalent size to a normal street side can is possible for me to clean. I will find a way to make your cans the cleanest!
Where do I put my smaller trash cans?
Please let me know when requesting a service where you plan to leave your smaller trash cans. I typically clean smaller cans on the weekend when customers are at home and can grab the cans for me. If you won't be home, I recommend that smaller cans are stacked and left inside larger curbside cans. Be sure that your cans are empty. I am unable to clean cans that have significant amounts of trash in them.
What is the Custom Can Cleaning Service Area?
I serve Wooster, Ohio and the surrounding rural communities and smaller towns. If you want your trash cans to be renewed, I will do my best within reason to make it happen.
Why pay to have my trash cans cleaned?
Save yourself the time, headache, and gross mess (splashback!) of cleaning trash cans by letting me do it instead. I am specialized in trash can cleaning and would like to make your life easier and cleaner while you go about your normal day.
Are there any harmful chemicals used?
I utilize biodegradable soaps and disinfectants to help remove grime and refresh your trash cans.
How soon can I expect my cans to be clean after requesting a cleaning service?
Once you have submitted a request for service I will review and accept your request. When you submit a request I ask when you want your cans cleaned and I will reach out to confirm a day that is ideal.
Do I need to have all of the trash out of my cans?
Everything in the trash can that is not stuck on to the can should be removed before your cleaning. I am able to dispose of trash that my pressure washing system removes from the can.
I need to reschedule my service. How do I do that?
Email or call as soon as you know that you want to reschedule. As long as you cancel the day previous to your scheduled day I will not charge you. If you have a different day or week in mind to put on my calendar then let me know!
The trash company did not pick up my trash. What do I do?
I appreciate if you let us know as soon as you know if possible. If I arrive for your scheduled service and the can is full of trash, I will make note of this and contact you to reschedule. If you need your cans cleaned sooner, send me an email and I will see what I can arrange.
I forgot to put my cans out to have them cleaned. What now?
Please reach out and I will work with you to find a solution. You will still be billed because I went out to clean your cans but we believe that everyone is human and we all forget things from time to time. I will do my best to fit you in to have your cans cleaned.
